With the heat, it's all easy dinners this week!
Last night was pizza bagels (I bought bagels and shredded cheese and canned tom. sauce); with sauted onions and mushrooms.
Tonite, either burgers and fries in oven or tuna fish sandwiches and chips and pickles, if we decide not to heat up the oven.
Wed. I'm also running out with no time to fuss......it'll be some sort of sandwiches again, maybe turkey cutlets and warm potato salad.

Tonight we're going to a bbq, but last night I cut up portabella mushrooms, added mixed frozen veggies, popped it into the microwave and mixed in spices and cheese. For the main dish I put a frozen piece of salmon fillet into the oven.

B"H
Lately I've been very tired in the afternoons (yes, I'm expecting B"H) so what works well is for me to prepare supper first thing in the morning in the crock pot.
It's easy to do and takes away a lot of stress knowing that supper is all done and prepared - one less thing to worry about.
So tonight we're having a delicious stew that's been cooking all day.
Hey, another benefit - there's only one pot that needs to be washed!

Meatloaf and pasta.
It's so hot here (over 90) and thats a pretty good no-fuss supper. Just stick it in the oven.

We had homemade pizza with a choice of five toppings.
Tonight probably spaghetti and meatballs. It's really hot here and the meatballs are waiting in the freezer.

We had meat lasagna last night and tonight will be falafel.
(I had extra ground meat left over from a 'sloppy joe' type dinner last week, so I quickly put together a meat lasagna using the (already) browned ground meat and RAW lasagna noodles. Added enough sauce and water- and stuck AS IS in freezer.
Yesterday, stuck in 350 degree oven for a few hours... and out came a delic' and easy supper.
