I made a very easy and very yummy chicken the other week for shabbos.

sorry- I don't really use measurments.

Take one cut up chicken and sprinkle it with taco seasoning. Then pour peach mango salsa (or just mango salsa) enough to cover the chicken. (I bought the salsa at costco.)

Bake at 350 for 50 min covered and then uncover for the last 10 min.

its so yummy, and has a really nice kick but the salsa adds just a bit of sweetness to it.
