White beans and Pasta (dairy)
from Health.com
pasta, seashell if you have it
olive oil
garlic
15 oz beans
3 cut up tomatoes
1/3 cup pesto or similar
cheese to taste
You cook your noodles and in another pan, stir fry your onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, and your beans. Add the tomatoes and cook about 10 minutes. Add the pasta and the pesto or the herbs, and serve with cheese sprinkled on top.
