My 3 year old dd woke up this morning and we realized that she had thrown up during the night. It was all over her bed. The strange thing was that she didn't wake up at the time.
Today she was totally fine, besides for having a somewhat loose stomach, but not bad diarrhea.
Tonight the same thing happened, but not long after she fell asleep. We heard her throwing up. It went all over. Everything she ate came out. At the same time, she had a #2 accident. She's already trained at night. And she slept through the whole thing! She's not an especially deep sleeper.
Does this sound like a regular stomach virus, or something more?

Sounds strange. I would definitely run this by your GP.
