Hi, anyone have a good chicken and broccoli stir recipe? I'm looking for a really tasty sauce.

Thanks!

Here's my version though I don't use exact amounts:

Ingredients

1 lb cut up chicken pieces (breasts or other stir fry ready chicken meat)
1/4 teaspoon coriander
LaChoy Sweet and Sour Sauce (around 1/3 cup)
Kikkoman Soy Sauce (3 tsp)
Cut up broccoli (I like to use stalk parts as well, they're surprisingly yum)
Diced green onions
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
Frying oil (I like vegetable oil)
1/2 tbsp sesame oil

First marinate chicken for like an hour or two in coriander and garlic with sesame oil. Then stir fry the chicken in the vegetable oil. Take out and put in a separate container. Next do the broccoli in the veg. oil and add the the Sweet and Sour Sauce and Soy Sauce. When the broccoli is almost done add the green onions. When broccoli is crisp-tender add the chicken and mix up. Serve over rice.

My usual stir-fry sauce is:

1/4 c. chicken broth (or water w/ or w/o chicken soup mix)
3 T. soy sauce
2 T. dry wine
2 tsp. corn starch
2 tsp. honey

double or triple as needed.

This sauce is amazing

• 4 Tbsp soy sauce
• 2 Tbsp peanut butter
• 1 Tbsp honey
• 2 tsp vinegar
• 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder
• 1/8 tsp black pepper

Simply mix together
At first, it does not appear like it will mix, but keep at it just a little bit longer and it will.

I usually stir fry the chicken with chopped garlic and/or sliced onions. Add broccoli, and pour on some duck sauce, soy sauce, and sprinkle with s&p to taste. If you like a thicker sauce, stir in a little corn starch. Heat til bubbly. It's really simple, but delicious!
