Last week I took out puff pastry dough from the freezer, I left it in the fridge and only remembered about it now, a week later. Does anyone know if it may still be good or should I just chuck it?

thanks, why I didn't think to google the question I don't know- but it seems like ppl go both ways, so my new question is- has anyone used puff pastry dough that they left in their fridge for a week?
