ING: 1 stick marg, 2 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg, 2 tbsp O.J., 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat 375
let marg soften-15 min
mix flour, baking powder, salt-in sep bowl
put marg. into mixing bowl, w/ sugar-beat till fluffy-add egg, O.J., vanilla
Add dry ing-mix
roll dough
spray w/ pam
sprinkle colored sugar on top
bake 10 min
Enjoy-made these cookies lots of times-always a hit!!

Yup!! I always make them for misloach manos -and make them a few weeks in advance-I haven't been getting any complaints-so I think so!!

I made these with my 4 year old and three of his friends this afternoon, with cookie cutter shapes. Was a big hit, thanks!

im making these right now and the dough is too soft to cut out cookies..anyone else ever have this?
