The Biggy Chopped Salad
From the Carb Lovers book
Makes one serving, adjust if you need to
3 cups greens, any
1/2 cup rinsed canned garbanzo beans
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1 T Parmesan, optional
2 T chopped walnuts
2 T dried cranberries
2 T zingy dressing
Mix and eat. Mmmmmmmmm
