Tomorrow night we will be celebrating my fil 60th birthday IYH. I need ideas for a program. Anyone got any ideas? It would be greatly appreciated.

It's a little close to the celebration to plan a program (considering Shabbos is soon).

If its going to be the whole family I personally dont think you need a programme as such.
For my grandfathers birthday one of my cousins prepared a song and sang it and we just talked and chatted.
See if you can get together a whole bunch of old pictures from when he was young to your kids and maybe pass them around.
