I cut it up in small peices and used it in a beef and brocoli lo mein recipie from Susi Fishbein, might probably work in Sesame Beef too:

Sesame Beef Recipe
1/2-pound boneless sirloin steak, thinly sliced into 1-inch strips
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp honey
1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 garlic clove, minced
4 scallions, cut into slices
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Slice the beef (after pounding if necessary) across the grain into thin strips.
In a bowl whisk together soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oil, honey, and mustard. Add steak, tossing to coat, and let marinate, refrigerated, for 1-2 hours.
In a heavy skillet or wok, heat remaining tablespoon oil over moderately high heat until hot and sauté garlic. Add steak and cornstarch, stirring, until browned 2-3 minutes. Stir in scallions, sesame seeds, and salt and pepper to taste and heat until just heated through. Serve immediately.

Cut u Potatoes (However you like)
cut up onions in slices (Like one big one)
take 2 tablespoons of onion Soup mix pour it into a tall glass of water (about 8 oz)
Mix it well pour onto roast
Pour a small can of tomatoes sauce
salt
pepper

cook it covered and last few min uncover it so good

Also if you do not want to put in potatoes you can do the same recipe and just add a cup (8 oz ) of coke.... it does not make it sweet its amazing and freezes well too
