it is a honda, warrenty ran out b/c of the mileage on it. that is not our problem nec. with it every yr our a/c goes it should not be happening I think they sold us a car with a broken a/c system.

If you have all the documentation you could try contacting the regional executive offices, try the vp level, sent a return receipt letter with documentation or try speaking to the secretary.

we tried talking to them we are waiting for a call back e/t is taking so long. & it is so hot outside its crazy. they don't sound like they are willing to do much

I think there is a law called the lemon law and a seller must take back a vehicle if there is something major that breaks within a certain time period after the purchase (14 days??)... not sure of the excact details...look it up
