I bought 4 ripe looking peaches the other day and now I'm wondering what to do with them. Anyone have any yummy tried and true desert recipes that use peaches or even if its a main meal or side dish that's fine too.

Look through the recipes here. Peaches can be subbed for apples in salads.

Why not make a pie? Mmmmmmmmmmmmm

I make an apple-challah kugel (probably closer to a bread-pudding desserty-kinda thing... whether it's served with the main course or or dessert depends on the week) pretty often, and I once ran out of apples and supplemented the fruit content with peaches. It came out even better than the plain apple kugel!
