Can someone please post the popcorn chicken recipe from Binah a few weeks ago. I can't seem to find my copy and I wanted to make it for shabbos. A picture of it was on the cover of the issue.

Recipe:
(4) Boneless,skinless chicken cutlets
(1) Cup flour
(2) Eggs, beaten
(2) Cups Panko or cornflake crumbs
(1) Tsp pepper
(1) Tsp cumin
(1) Tsp oregano
(1) Tsp smoked paprika
Pinch cayenne pepper,optional
(1/2) tsp salt
(1) Tsp pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Cut chicken cutlets into bite size pieces. Mix together crumbs and all the spices. Dredge chicken pieces in flour, then egg, and coat in crumbs. Place in pan in a single layer. Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.

Sarah Lasry used this for the Binah Purim recipies and put it into a popcorn container-very creative if I must say!!
