anyone have a good recipe for pan fried chicken cutlets that are dipped in some sort of flour mixture? what spices can I add to flour to make it flavorful?

I have a recipe for bone-in chicken, not cutlets, but to the flour I add seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper.
