Raizle, Sarahd and others,
I stand corrected (partially). I spoke with my Rabbi today. He said that, in general, we should show kindness even to non-Jews, however, not to Amelek. The terrorists are Amelek.
I still need to ask about the idea of turning our backs, not saving a life and the possibility of appearing evil to the rest of the world. But, I have a feeling his answer would be same.
Thank you to all who said Tehillim today in honor of the Fogel family.
