How can I adapt a chicken recipe to use on on cutlets.
The one I want to use is the tomato basil chicken from kosher by design short on time.
The recipe is delicious but I would love to use cutlets instead of whole chicken.
Any tips?
Thanks!!!!

I would follow the recipe, but just adjust the baking time. I usually bake chicken cutlets at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered, & then an additional 10 minutes uncovered.

Same here, I interchange my recipes all the time bet. Chicken and cutlets, and just adjust the baking time

Will it look nice enough as cutlets that I can serve it on shabbos?
