I used to pour about 1/2 cup of chicken soup over a club steak, cover and bake for about 3 hours on 350.

I marinate rib eye steaks for about an hour in a little olive oil, tamari sauce (soy sauce) and wine or balsamic vinegar with crushed garlic, salt and pepper and whatever spices or herbs you like.
Then pan fry them. We like it medium rare, about 3 minutes on each side.
To serve them that way for Shabbos, I keep a sauce on the blech, usually bbq sauce mixed with water or chicken soup. The steak is at room temp so it doesn't get to done for our taste. Serve the warm sauce on the side.
So good.

you can make it in advance and freeze or make it fresh and keep on the blech.
