Im hoping to make these tonight. One more question. How long before I want to start do I take the cabbage out of the freezer? Am I supposed to let it defrost?

Thanks!

I find that it takes around 24 hours at room temperature to defrost. You can probably speed that up by soaking it in warm water and changing the water frequently.

K so I defrosted the cabbage, but does it make sense that after being in the refrigerator for a few days that the cabbage is very limp and soft and watery? Please help!
