Does ur toddler get very constipated from dairy

What do u do? My 2 little ones are underweight, not eating dairy contributes to low calorie intake. They can't eat soy either, any ideas?

Thank you! I just looked it up, great fat content. But how do u substitute calcium and protein normaly gotten from dairy?
