Is it possible to remove red nail polish from linen?

Gently try using a q-tip dipped in nail polish remover. As soon as the q-tip starts turning pink/red from picking up some of the polish, discard it and use a fresh one dipped in remover. That way you won't be smearing and spreading the stain.
