Flour to poatato starch- HOW TO?

Ahh first time making pesach - no clue what im doing! lol.
How do you chametzdik recipes with flour to use potato starch??
ex- zucchini kugel calls for 3/4 cup flour...any suggestions??

hwo do you CONVERT chametz recipes with flour to make them with potato starch?

You can post the recipe here, and I can try to help you convert it.
(I would probably start with 1/4 cup potato starch, and see if more is needed. But I don't think you'll need more.)

k any helpers?
simple zuchini kugel that you sautee 2 zuchinni and onoins...
add 2/3cup flour, 1/4 mayo, 3 eggs... some water and spices..
anyone?
