Im looking for a recipe for breaded cutlets with crushed potato chips. Its supposed to get fried and then baked. Does anyone have a clue to the recipe? I cant find it...

The ones I've seen are just fried.
Dip into seasoned potato starch. Then into egg. Then into crushed potato chips. Fry.

Yes thats the first part  .
its supposed to be baked with a sauce afterwards, anyone familiar with that?
