I have a whole 9 by 13 of mock chopped liver (boiled eggs fried onions and nuts) what can I do to save this...no one wants to eat it...patties? kugel?
Any ideas?

Liver blintzes. With or without an onion sauce.

Make thick slices of potato, put a spoonful of the "liver" on top, add tomato sauce and bake in a baking pan. Similar to moussaka.

Oh! I didn't read your recipe... You can do it on eggplant slices if you'd like. I make mine with fried (shmaltz adds flavor!) onions & eggplants, salt and hard boiled eggs.
