Any recipe suggestions for broiled beef liver? I was thinking of frying the liver with sliced onion and serving over mashed potatoes. Any other ideas?

I chop in a food processor with a hard boiled egg. Add sauteed diced onions, mayo (opt.), salt, and pepper and mix.

Saute lots of onion rings on a very low flame until super soft. Toss with cut up pieces of liver. Season with salt and pepper. So delicious.
