Chicken and Artichokes
From Good Housekeeping
Makes 6 servings

1 lb ground chicken
salt and pepper to taste
4 cloves garlic, chopped
18 oz artichokes, frozen or canned
1/2 cup mint leaves or other herb
box of noodles, any kind you want

Boil the noodles, and while doing so, you heat some oil and sautee the chicken. Add your seasonings and the arties. Combine to serve.
