Does anyone know of an apartment for $1500 and under (move-in July or August) in KGH? ANY leads would be greatly appreciated!!

you can try mike- he works for the blue/brick buildings in the 150th area.
1 and two bedroom apts. reasonable rent. he doesnt charge you for it.
(this info abt mike is a few years old- I dont know if he is still around,
but you night as well try him!

Be Good - I tried Mike. It's just a really busy time now, because of summer, so he said he doesn't have anything. The brick buildings would be perfect for us!

Happy - We're looking to rent at this point, not to buy. Do you know any for rent?

Also call Astor Brokerage and ask to speak with Millie - 718-263-4500 - it's hit or miss but they manage many nice apartments in the neighborhood and some have rent around $1550.

They are the garden apartments right next to Chofetz Chaim - two floors only and brick.
