Carrot Slaw

Salad
8 - 10 carrots, topped and tailed & washed
1 pepper, green or red
1 onion
1 apple
cup of raisins, optional

Shred (don't shred the raisins) and put in bowl.

Dressing
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 vinegar or lemon juice
1/4 oil
pinch of salt

Bring to a rolling boil and add to your veggies, as above. Serve cold. Mmmm
