For cholent meat I have sanwich steak and beef chuck shoulder in my freezer which I usually grill. I want to hear back from some meat mavens!

Chuck is the perfect meat for slow cooking as it's tough and gets softer when cooked for a while.

Sandwich steak is much thinner and requires much less cooking time; great for subs Smile
