I had one at a sheva brachos recently and it was delicious. I had layers of vegetables (corn, lettuce, peas, cabbage, etc.) and on top was a white dressing. Anyone have an exact recipe/instructions?

I think this is what you might be looking for:
Salad
1/2 Bag Shredded Lettuce
1 Bag Purple Cabbage
3 Red Pepper Cut In Rings
1 cup/s Slivered Almonds
3 tablespoon/s Sesame Seeds
1 box Frozen Peas
1 Red Onion Sliced
3 Carrots Shredded
Dressing
5 tablespoon/s Mayonnaise
2 Scallions
1 Garlic Clove
1 shake Garlic
2 tablespoon/s Pickle Juice
1 Small Pickle
Preparation
Layer all the salad ingredients in the order given. Blend the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad. Let sit for a while before serving.
