I am hosting an affair and want to set up a 'make your own salad' bar.
What basic vegetables should I include and how do I cut them up.
TIA

I'd start with
-greens
-grape tomatoes
-cucumbers, partially peeled, cut into rounds
-julienned carrots
-baby corn
you can add
-olives
-pepper
anything at all, really

Love ra mom's ideas. You can also add Hearts of Palm, avocados, slivered almonds, pickles, mushrooms, etc. And don't forget a bunch of dressings
