Yes, a bike.
Or trains. Ds loves wooden trains & making tracks. He's also into clicks.

ds just turned four and someone bought him a magic set for his birthday. he LOVES it!
he has seen a few magic shows at sukkos carnivals etc and he was constantly doing 'magic' - hiding balls etc and making them reappear.
now he has a magicians hat and magic wand and a whole bunch of tricks. he can do a few of them (in his four year old way...)but he loves playing with it and putting on shows for us.
he also likes puzzles, different sports, books, arts and crafts stuff, he has been really into the where's wally books (wheres waldo), my husband found a set of them for cheap so we used those as prizes for a while which he really looked forward too.
if it's summer where you are maybe something for outside, water sport toys?
this isn't a such a big thing but my kids love it - I have markers for glass, and they get to draw on the windows. I bring them out as a treat. (easy to clean off, just need to be supervised that it stays only on the glass...)

definately clics if you dont have that yet.
my boys also like kapla and lego.
or a tool bench/set, that's the next thing I want for them I think they would love it!
oh and they LOVE puzzles, if you dont want to spend lots of money.

My son seems to have graduated from all those toys he played with when he was 2 and 3. At 4, his toys are: cell phones, computers, keyboard and digital camera. My, my, kids grow up so fast these days.
