What are you looking for?
Do you want easier meals? Do you have a limited amount of heat sources? Do you need dishes make on the stove, or in the oven?

what kind of cooking apparatus do you have there? we spent shabbos at my FIL's non-kosher cottage. we cooked everything at home and warmed it on a plata.

We have a bbq, and stovetop available. Looking for easier dishes- mostly bbq and things I can make ahead, maybe salads, etc.

You can barbecue your salmon and chicken. Serve them as is. Or cube / slice and serve over salad.
