anyone have any good recipes for teriyaki chicken or chicken cutlets?

4 skinless boneless cutlets

4 T light soy sauce

1 T olive oil

4 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tsp minced ginger

Marinate up to several hours. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, turning chicken over once.
