can someone give me recipe from minute steak fro the magazine "bits and bites" thanks !

SWEET AND SOUR MINUTE STEAKS- from What's cooking cookbook
4-6 minute steaks
1/2 C. ketchup
1 T. vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
1/2-3/4 C. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
combine sauce ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and bake for 2 hrs.
Its Yum!!!
Another gr8 minute steak recipe I use
2/3 C. sugar
1 T. mustard
1 T. horseradish
6 T. vinegar
2/3 C. ketchup
Boil and pour over meat. Bake at 350 for 2 hrs covered.
Enjoy!!
