I need help...I got a recipe to marinate and grill the steak .. problem; I don't have a grill, thought I would, so the steak is marinating any idea how I should continue? cook it bake it?? for how long??
its turkey steak, marinated in soy sauce oil sugar garlic etc. you grill it for 8-10min ?? any help pls

"grill" it in a pan. heat pan on med-hi until you can feel the heat rising 8" above it. add a drop of oil. pan sear your steak, as per grilling directions.

thanks hope it comes out good,
turkey is a dry meat they say 
should I cover the pan to keep it moist??

Sear until the sides of the steak turn white all the way up, then flip over and sear 3-5 minutes more.
No longer on either side, or it will be dry.
Serve right away, or wrap tightly in foil until ready to serve.
