CAKE:
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1 c. oj
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 pint blueberries

TOPPING:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. b. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick margarine

Combine first 4 ingredients. Add in remaining ingredients, except blueberries, mixing to combine. Stir in blueberries and pour batter into two 9 inch round pans.
For topping, combine dry ingredients and then cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over cake. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes.

I like the fact that it uses oil instead of margarine in the base of the cake....

btw I'm totally loving the blueberry muffin photo.

And if you use dairy ice cream it's even better.
