Do I need to give gift for rosh hashana to my childs playgroup teacher.. my child is 22 months old

I don't know of gifting outside of very close family, so ask other parents!

I wouldn't think so though I don't suppose she'd mind if you gave one! From what I recall, schools collected gifts for teachers at chanuka, purim and end of the academic year.
