I would go to the doctor again especially with a 3 day YT/Shabbos coming up. Better get to the bottom of this before. Good luck!

if she is on antibiotics it could be she has yeast or some kind of fungus infection in her mouth. make sure to give her lots of probiotics. Look if you see white creamy stuff in her mouth--sure sign of yeast. if that is the case, you will need to apply an antifungal cream to her mouth (and keep giving her probiotics). but I repeat what others said, take her to the ped

check it out as pain the face can be dangerous
last week I had terrible pain in my face from my tooth all the way up to my entire left side
I thought it was a sinus infection and my dr. gave me antibiotics. But then it kept spreading and I came down with high fever and felt very sick. My dr. sent me to the ER and I was there for almost a week on very high dose of antibiotics by IV and they had to drain the infection. (which was under my nose)
B"H the infection is getting better though my mouth is still infected.
You have to be careful with the face and I would advise going to the ER to make sure.
They will do a blood count and can tell if it's a virus or infection
