My 10 month old has a stuffed nose and has a hard time nursing bec. she can't breath thru her nose at the same time. Any advice on how to get rid of her cold asap? I just started giving her vit. C.

You can't do anything to get rid of a cold, but you can alleviate the symptoms. Call the doctor and ask which decongestant is safe to use and at what dosage (you have to be really careful about dosages under age 2, so follow the doc's instructions to the letter).

You can also use a cool mist humidifier and my dr. always told me to use saline spray to help break up the mucus. It's no fun when they are all stuffed up
