my baby is 9 m and his ckeeks r red a rash and eczema and he spits up the whole timne.
what could it be ???

a few things:
he isnt feeling well
he is allergic to something either he is eating (does he eat solids yet?) or something you are eating maybe like milk....

If it is a rash like/sore feeling then try a diaper rash cream (sudocrem in england is great)
otherwise there is not much you can do besides for ask your dr which allergy medicine you can give him.
