I have the urban bundle me on my baby carseat. Do you think it's warm enough for the winter? Do you also put a blanket or coat/jacket?

It's enough for when it's 50-60 degrees outside, but under 50, the baby should wear a jacket.

I'd definitely put a jacket or something underneath. Something like this: http://www.llbean.com/llb/shop.....0279. Since you're not supposed to use a very thick coat or snowsuit while a kid is in a carseat anyway, it makes sense to start with a good quality fleece and add layers as needed.
But it does depend some on where you live and how much time you spend out of doors. Always bring along an extra blanket in case you end up needing it, you know?

is it down? or just polyester fill cuz down you don't need anything with it but polyester I put a worm sweater ( like the gap one) and a good hat

It really depended on the weather outside. I did both. A few days it was so cold I did the bundle me, a coat and a blanket.
