It's in the teens and 20 somethings. She uses smoked paprika spice for the bbq flavour

I tried it a while back. My family said they liked my regular potato kugel recipe better. It was ok but just not the traditional potato kugel.

We tried it once but, like the last poster said, like the regular potato kugel better.

I tried it and it was good - just different than potato kugel.
Also, I tried making it the way she suggested, but even after adding an extra egg and an extra heaping Tbsp. of smoked paprkia, the middle came out dry and it was still lacking in spice, IMO. Next time, I'll just make my regular potato kugel with my method and spice according to my own tastes. I will grind up the potatoes instead of shoestrings like my regular potato kugel, though.

We love it! To me, it tastes totally different than potato kugel. Similar to BBQ chips. Its really delish!
