How to plate salmon and gefilte fish on same plate?

I'd like to individually plate salmon and gefilte fish as shabbos appetizer. How do I plate it to look nice? What recipe salmon should I use? where do I place the chrain?

on a plate place the gefilte fish on a pc of lettuce add a pc of carrot on top,
on the side put a pc of salmon fish,take a pc of cucumber scoop it out & fill it up w/ chrain.
