I already lent out the cookbook and I want to make the Garlic Potato Soup, my friend isn't home. Can someone please post the recipe?

there is no garlic potatoe soup,its roasted garlic soup.

roasted garlic soup
2 heads garlic
1/3 c olive oil
3 TBSP flour
41/2 c water
2 tsp chicken flavored consomme powder
1 c extra thin noodels uncookes
3-4 springs parsley chopped
preheat oven to 350
without peeling them, slice garlic in half crosswise, spread the oil on bottom of a glass pan, place the garlic halves cut side down in the pan
bake for 45 min to 1 hour, when ready, ull be able to easily lift the peel off each garlic head.
transfer peeled garlic to a 4 quart pot, top w/ flour using a potato masher, mash the flour & garlic till a smooth paste forms,cook for 1-2 min stirring constantly, add water & soup mix& stir
cover pot & cook for 20 min . stirring occasionally. raise heat to med, add the noodles. & continue
cooking for 5 -8 min until the noodels ere cooked through sprinkle w/ chooped parsley
