I'd like to assemble the cranberry apple kugel today, freeze it, then bake it fresh for shabbos. Whats the best recipe for this??
Thanks

I have a great dough that could be frozen that I usually use for apple cranberry kugel...ive never frozen the raw apple cranberry mixture.

We do that all the time. It works fine. I don't think it matters what recipe you use (mine is apples on bottom topped with cranberries and a crunch mixture on top of that -- if you want the exact recipe let me know) -- they should all work.
