Urgently seeking good seminary in Europe

About the manchester sem suggestion, the seminaries are not bad at all, but too frum for what it sounds like op wants for her daughter.

New gateshead is very accepting my sister loved every minute there. The amother above is right about the cellphones. In england there is not really a need so much for cellphones as there is in other countries. Gateshead especially is a very small community, closed and there are phones in the seminary which girls can use.

I think that Tomer Deborah is more hard to build kesher with the staff because of the style and the lessons incude the French "bacalaureat" studies / exams which wouldnt work for your daughter.

Torath Emeth in Lyon is more of a small family with close connection with the teachers and top quality lessons and teachers who are happy to help and follow each students progress through the Sem - each on their own level. All staff speak a good level of hebrew and many can speak basic english. The rav is Rav Attia who puts a lot of effort in making each individual girl ready to lead independent respectful lives. They also encourage the girls to study (accounting course in sem / Open University) and find work placements to gain experience. You can ask the rabbi for a number for one of the teachers who speaks fluent english for more information.
