I'm sorry I can't dig this up now but I've used an old Betty Crocker bread recipe that calls for milk and I use soy milk. I would triple the recipe (possibly 3 and half x) and caution that if you follow the recipe use LESS flour than recommended as the base recipe is for white bread.
ETA: I've been hunting for ww recipes myself right now all these months later. I like this recipe but have to get around to asking a shaila as it calls for more soy milk than water. Doesn't come out as good if you adjust to have more water than soy milk.
