I clean the chicken(leaving the skin on) and put in the oven on 450 for a half hour, then I turn it over and sprinkle black pepper, onion and garlic power and salt and let bake on that side for another half hour. It's crispy and tasty.

Broil on low for 20 minutes each side. My family likes it just plain but you can also coat it in BBQ sauce or sprinkle spices on it. Montreal steak spice or Montreal chicken spice are also delicious on it.

I'm with AGiny. Broil on low and turn. Spices are optional.

Most ovens today, have a broiler on roof of oven. Place in a foil lined pan on lowest shelf. Place chicken bottoms, skin side down and sprinkle paprika, garlic powder/and/or onion powder and black pepper.Does not require salt. Turn on to "Broil" for about 25 minutes. then turn skin side up for about 15 minutes or till it is light brown. This is moist, delicious and easy/quick too.
