Italian Chicken with Veggies
from Spark People
chicken, any kind
salt and pepper to taste
half cup Italian salad dressing
a few shakes of soy or tamari sauce
4 cloves garlic
box mushrooms, cut up
cut up onion
sliced large zucchini or eggplant
You cut up your onion and sautee it, adding your chicken to brown. Add your vegetables, sauces, seasonings, and cook. Serve with rice; leftover is just fine !!!
