Stoplights with graham crackers, icing and m and m's. There's also a lot you can do with pretzel sticks and icing.

When I made this with my children, I only let them have a few because of the obvious. Yeah, I forgot, attach with fluff.

I know its not really arts n crafts but kids of any ages love baking (if you have the patients)! I make challa every week with my preschoolers and they love it!! you can also make cookies, use cookie cutters.. then save for another day to decorate with different colored frosting, sprinkles, choc chips, candies..
you can also do tasters test- what color apple do you like the best/ heirloom tomatoes
if I think of any crafts bzrsH ill post. im sure there must be tons!

you could put in a part of the jelly, let it become solid, put the fish and remaining jelly and let become solid

My toddler likes to make homemade shaped pasta .
mix 1 cup flour, salt to taste and 2 egg and enough water to make a dough roll it out using cookie cutters .boil in salted water ,remove with sloted spoon. DD likes sprinkled with grated cheddar cheese.
we have also made shaped ravioli! (more for older kids)
take a extra large cookie cutter in any shape , we love hearts. fill with ricotta cheese.put another heart shaped piece on top press moisted edges closed and bake in tomato sauce for 1 hour at 350
they freeze great and are very fun to make!
